Tomorrow will mark one year exactly since my first post on Sustainable Jewish Schooling! This has been such a fun year of blogging, sharing ideas, meeting new people, exploring learning materials, and celebrating Jewish homeschooling. Most of all, I am thrilled to see our community growing by leaps and bounds every day.
I hope to add some new things in the coming year: book reviews, parenting education/support, curriculum referrals, Israel connections, interviews, and a lot more. And of course, I will bring you all of the latest information on the Torah Home Education Conference scheduled for May 26 of this year in Baltimore, MD.
Thank you so much to all of the great folks who have sent me emails filled with questions, encouragement, and new ideas. We might be a small tribe within the larger community, but Jewish homeschooling is becoming a visible and viable option for the many families who are looking to learn and grow in new ways.
Since birthdays usually include gifts, I'm doing a giveaway!** The prize is a gorgeous new book titled "Purim and the Persian Empire" by Rabbi Yehuda Landy.
